Limited access to sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services and rights among adolescents have been attributed to the persisting negative attitudes of the society towards the empowerment of Nigerian female adolescents. This study explored the associated impacts of community perception on female ASRH and rights. Semi-structured interviews were conducted 10 key informants in South-Western Nigeria. The data were analyzed thematically. Findings revealed that community perceptions affect adolescents access to SRH services and rights in South-Western Nigeria.
